We attended the eighth Aerospace and Defense Meeting, in the large exhibition space of the Lingotto in Turin. The figures of the 2021 edition of this important exhibition dedicated to the best aerospace companies on the international scene confirm a success that went even beyond the organizers’ forecasts: 1,300 participants visited the stands of the 600 companiesfrom 28 different nations. Of these 600 companies, 66 were from Piedmont, and among them, of course, was PRO S3. Over the three days of the meeting (Nov. 30-Dec. 2) there were more than 7,000 interactions between conferences, lectures and one-to-one presentations at the booths. Our booth, in which we presented our entire production of unmanned vehicles, was also visited by curious people and technicians interested in our innovative drones. “Aerospace and Defense Meeting is positioned as an event of primary importance for the Piedmont region,” stressed Dario Peirone, president of Ceipiemonte (co-organizer of the event along with Abe-Bci Aerospace and Ice-Agency.) The restart of the aerospace sector sees the need for a renewal of the entire supply chain. This has proven to be ready to meet the new challenges in terms of sustainability and innovation.” And it is precisely sustainability andcontinuous innovation that are two of the main themes on which we at PRO S3 confront and work daily, to lend our support to a process (that of innovation, precisely) that is such only if it is also sustainable.
