WAVESIGHT: UAV MINI, ULTRA-HIGH PERFORMANCE
WaveSight is our flexible, small, ultra-high performance remotely piloted aircraft.
WaveSight takeoff is by means of automatic catapult: pneumatic catapult-assisted takeoff not only releases the operator from the responsibility of a hand-launched takeoff, but also enables flight operations even in the absence of runways. The pneumatic catapult enables safe operations and performance not achievable by similar elastic systems, which are unable to guarantee consistent performance as temperatures change and as they age.
THE CATAPULT IS EQUIPPED WITH AN ELECTRONIC CONTROL UNIT THAT ENABLES OPERATIONS IN COMPLETE SAFETY.
The launch button is enabled only if the precharge pressure reaches the predefined value, and the launch can only take place by pressing two buttons at the same time, thus avoiding accidental starts. An acoustic warning device is also activated before launching.
With a small number of components, WaveSight can be prepared for flight in less than 5 minutes. The absence of flying electrical connections between parts and special design features make assembly errors impossible.
To facilitate transportation, the aircraft and catapult are stored in sturdy crates that can withstand air, land and sea transport.
