During the talk, which will be held on Wednesday 21/2 at 10 a.m. in room 5, the audience will be shown the design methodologies that are used within the company for the development of its products, which are entirely conceived on the basis of performance criteria close to the market. There will be an opportunity to understand how this is a determining factor in “customer satisfaction,” both in terms of product quality and after-sales support.
