The company intends to promote the continuous improvement of its activities.
It pursues improvement through an increasingly precise and delineated definition of its activities in terms of processes, interrelated with each other, and a plan of well-defined and specific objectives, extended to each area and corporate function, with the aim of making and leading to its organization increasingly lean, effective, flexible and determined to continuously improve the performance provided to the customer.
As part of the company strategies oriented towards quality management, the management undertakes to:
• focus its attention on customer requests;
• constantly improve and deepen its knowledge of all technical and legislative aspects relating to the services offered;
• satisfy the mandatory requirements, in particular those applicable to the service/product created;
• use continuously updated hardware / software systems and measuring instruments;
• monitor – through dedicated software – both operational management (project development, from request to order to delivery) and administrative management (costs, invoicing, deadline monitoring) and the company’s operational and economic performance indicators;
• offer the customer tailor-made solutions, with the best cost-performance ratio;
• consider the impact of climate change on the organization’s processes and any requirements of interested parties.
Every year, during the Management Review, the CEO undertakes to confirm and/or issue a new edition of the Quality Policy and to communicate it internally and externally.
